Rybinsk

Formerly (1946 - 57) �Shcherbakov�, or (1984 - 88) �Andropov� city, Yaroslavl oblast (province), northwestern Russia, on the Volga River. The 12th-century village of Rybnaya sloboda became the town of Rybinsk in 1777.
